Note:

i)         The candidates are required to offer their choices only on scheduled counselling date of their turn, but they are advised to come prepared to stay for the next day as a contingency measure.

ii)       The seat allotment results will be declared everyday after the counselling and will be available on the CCB website.

iii)      The successful candidates are not compulsorily required to go to Counselling Centre for collecting the allotment letter on allotment date. They can download the same from a place of convenience.

iv)      Candidates once appeared for On-campus counselling for one type of courses, say, Engineering / Technology shall not be permitted to appear again on subsequent days in the counselling for the same courses.

v)        No more rounds of Counselling at Counselling Centres shall be held. The vacant (or drop out) seats shall be filled on the basis of choices of Form 2 (without Branch) and Second Round of Counselling.

vi)      Only those candidates, who registered themselves during On-campus counselling and could not get a seat, will be permitted to fill their choices during Second Round Counselling.

vii)     The candidates, who could not report for counselling on the specified date, may report on any subsequent date during main counselling for Engineering / Technology. However, the seats will be allotted based on the availability of the seats at that point of time.
